If you’re neurodivergent, burnout can hit harder and last longer. There are demands to mask, stretch beyond your capacity, and keep going even when you’ve already given everything. It can feel impossible to rest, impossible to ask for help, and even harder to imagine what healing could look like.

 

I specialize in helping neurodivergent individuals and couples recover from burnout and rediscover their personal sustainability. I understand the unique ways burnout shows up in your nervous system, your relationships, your parenting, your work life, and how hard it is to keep holding it all together when you’re running on empty.

I know because I have lived it.

I offer affirming therapy rooted in a deep understanding of neurodivergence. No fixing, no pathologizing. I offer compassionate, tailored support that helps you reconnect with your needs, set boundaries, and build a life you don’t have to escape from.

  • We go at your pace. Sometimes that means deep processing, and sometimes it means sitting in silence or talking about what’s hard to name. All of it is welcome here.
