Teen Support
For teens who feel deeply, think differently, and need space to be their full selves.
Your brain is constantly on and you have a lot of thoughts.
Maybe you’re overthinking everything or zoning out without meaning to.
Maybe you feel everything all at once or nothing at all.
People expect you to act like you have it all figured out, but most of the time you’re just trying to make it through the day without shutting down, freaking out, or saying the “wrong” thing.
You've got so much on your plate: classes, friends, driving, college on the horizon, and a world that feels like it is falling apart - and a pressure to fix it.
It is a lot to think and worry about.
You might be masking so well that no one even realizes how tired, overwhelmed, or disconnected you feel.
You might spend hours replaying convos in your head, or panicking over deadlines you meant to do but just couldn’t.
Maybe you’re constantly misunderstood, even by people who say they care about you.
Things feel disconnected and hopeless.
You’re not too much. You’re not broken.
And
You don’t need to be fixed.

Together, we'll
work on:
-
Stress, burnout, and emotional overload
-
School pressure, social exhaustion, or ghosting everyone just to recharge
-
Identity stuff: gender, sexuality, labels (or no labels), feeling in-between
-
Anxiety, shutdowns, depression, or feeling disconnected from yourself
-
Boundaries, masking, or trying to exist in a world that doesn’t always make space for you
Being a teen can be overwhelming, even more so when you’re neurodivergent, sensitive, or just trying to make sense of how your brain works in a world that doesn’t always get it.
You might be doing everything you can to keep up, stay organized, manage emotions, or just feel okay, but still end the day feeling like you’ve failed. That’s not because you’re broken. It’s because you need support that actually fits you.
I’ve worked with teens for over 20 years as a teacher, school counselor, and now as a therapist. I love working with teens. I get how smart, funny, creative, and complex you are.
You deserve support that respects your intelligence, your emotions, and your way of seeing the world.
Therapy for teens (14+) includes:
🧠 Executive function support – Organizing, prioritizing, planning, motivation, follow-through
💬 Emotional support - Anxiety, stress, sadness, overwhelm, identity questions, shutdowns
🌱 Safe space to be real – No masking, no pressure to perform, no need to explain every part of yourself
I work with teens who are navigating ADHD, Autism, Anxiety, sensory differences, social stress, and figuring out who they are. Whether you’re struggling with school, relationships, or just trying to make sense of your brain, I’m here to help.

What It’s Like
Working Together
-
Therapy with me isn’t clinical, cold, or about checking boxes. It’s collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to who you are, not who the world expects you to be.
-
You don’t need to mask or explain every detail. I understand how burnout, trauma, neurodivergence, and everyday life intersect in messy, human ways.
-
We go at your pace. Sometimes that means deep processing, and sometimes it means sitting in silence or talking about what’s hard to name. All of it is welcome here.
